Finlay is the definition of quiet charm. With his big, irresistible eyes and ultra-soft fur, he has already mastered the art of getting second breakfast and second dinner—his foster mom never stood a chance.

Finlay is more observant than shy. He likes to take things in at his own pace and is still learning that being held can be nice, but he’s making great progress with gentle encouragement. When he’s sleepy, he adores belly rubs and will reward you with slow blinks and the cutest “air biscuits” you’ve ever seen.

Finlay is famously soft, with a long, luxurious tail and a love for cozy naps—especially in a window hammock or stretched out in front of a warm heater. He enjoys petting in small doses, and once he trusts you, he’ll nudge your hand for head and back scratches like a little gentleman.

He may be shy at first, so Finlay will need a patient, understanding home. Once he’s comfortable, his sweet personality shines through with soft meows, gentle paw taps, and plenty of tail swishes. Give him a little time, a few slow blinks, and your heart—and your schedule—will belong to Finlay forever
